Basic troubleshooting for file uploads, browser issues and cookie preferences.
For the best experience, use a current version of a modern browser and keep JavaScript enabled for interactive platform features.
If an upload fails, check the file type and size requirements shown on the page, then retry on a stable connection. Do not repeatedly upload the same file if the interface shows that it has already succeeded.
The Cookie Settings control in the footer lets you review the cookie choices offered by Hire Kenyan Talent. Essential cookies required for security, sessions or core operation may not be optional.
If a page behaves unexpectedly after an update, refresh the page before reporting the problem.
