2. Scope
This notice covers visitors, workers, employers, organisation representatives, applicants, candidates, contacts, support users and people mentioned in reports or complaints.
3. Applicable framework
FLUENT PATH LTD is established in England and is subject to applicable UK data-protection law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Depending on location and activity, additional mandatory requirements may apply, including Kenya’s Data Protection Act 2019 where processing falls within its territorial scope. This does not change the English governing-law provision in our Terms.
4. Information we collect
We may collect account details (name, email, hashed password, telephone, account type, authentication and verification status); worker profiles (title, biography, skills, experience, education, certifications, languages, location, availability, preferences, compensation expectations, readiness, equipment, connectivity and portfolio); media and documents (photos, CVs, videos, thumbnails, transcripts and requested verification documents); employer and organisation details; jobs, applications, saved items, shortlists, invitations, messages, notes, reports and moderation records; subscription status, payment status, transaction references, invoices and limited billing metadata; technical data such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, login, session, cookie, audit, security, error, performance and request data; and support correspondence.
Do not upload unnecessary special-category or highly sensitive information.
5. How information is collected
Information comes directly from users, through use of the platform, from recruitment participants, payment or verification providers, technical and security providers, legitimately used public sources, and reports or complaints. Cookies and similar technologies are described in our Cookie Notice. You can change optional choices at any time using .

7. Profiles and employer access
Worker and employer pages can be published when the platform’s publication requirements and visibility settings permit. Public profile information may be indexed by search engines; cached copies can remain temporarily. Contact details and CV downloads are not assumed to be public: access depends on the relevant signed-in feature and permissions. Employers receiving application material become responsible for their own copies and use.
8. CVs, photographs, videos and transcripts
These materials are used to operate profiles, applications, verification, moderation and employer discovery according to the feature settings. Upload only content you are authorised to provide and remove unnecessary sensitive information. Private media and application CV access is controlled through account permissions.
9. Sharing information
We share information with users where a feature requires it, service providers supporting hosting, email, payments, security or verification, professional advisers, authorities where required, and parties involved in a business transfer. We do not sell candidate information.
10. International transfers
Service providers or users may be located outside the UK. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We do not claim universal compliance with every privacy law worldwide.
11. Retention and security
We retain information only as needed for the purposes described, legal obligations, disputes, security and legitimate business records. Account deletion includes a 30-day recovery period; backups and lawful records may persist longer. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no service is completely secure.
12. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to a supervisory authority. Contact hello@hirekenyantalent.com; we may need to verify your identity.
13. Children
The service is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect children’s information for account creation.
14. Changes
We may update this notice and will show the revised date on this page.
