A contact request is the normal way to signal that you want to begin a conversation with a professional you discovered on the platform.
Once a request is accepted and messaging is available, use the conversation to discuss the role, availability, interview arrangements and next steps.
Talent introductions are a separate matching workflow. Your introduction settings help define when you are open to being introduced to suitable talent.
