The Candidates workspace is the employer hiring pipeline for applications received through Hire Kenyan Talent.
Use it to review applications, open candidate details, record review information and move candidates through the available status stages. Bulk actions can help with high-volume recruitment when the same action genuinely applies to several candidates.
Archive candidates when you need to remove them from the active workflow without losing the record. Restore them if they become relevant again.
Pipeline status is an internal hiring-management tool. Communicate important decisions clearly to candidates rather than assuming a status label is sufficient.
